At Theydon Bois Christmas Trees, nothing is more important to us than bringing joy to families at Christmas time. If you are desperately unhappy with the tree we have provided, we will offer you a replacement or refund.
The area in which we grow our trees has a single lane track that is not suitable for heavy traffic. Rather than bring Theydon Bois to a stand still, we have opt to do 'delivery only'.
